How to 'SPA' at 'little'
In order to provide you and others with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times we have a firm 48-hour cancellation policy.
Kindly review our cancellation information below before scheduling an appointment. By booking with Little OrganicThalassotherapy you are accepting the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy. 1. CANCELLATIONS: We try to be flexible for everyone and ask that you give a minimum of 48 hours notice for any changes in your schedule or cancellations. All coupons (Groupon/Wag Jag/LivingSocial) automatically will be forfeited.
2. CELL PHONES/SPA ZONE: Unless you are expecting an emergency call, we ask if you can turn off any cell/mobile equipment for the appointment.
3. PLAN AHEAD: Book-off the time ahead; give at least 30 extra minutes on top of your treatment time to allow for any questions, spa purchasing or forms needed to fill out for your treatment. Please arrive 5-10min prior to your appointment time if this is your first visit.
4. APPOINTMENT TIME Please try to be on time for your appointment. If you are running late, treatment time may have to be shortened to accommodate appointments following.
5. SPA HOURS: 11:30AM - 7pm T-F & 11:30-6pm Saturdays. If you would like to request a special time outside of our regular hours, please contact us at [email protected]

6. NO-SHOWS: We hope everyone can remember when their appointment time/day is, unfortunately if you are not there at the time you booked your appointment, we consider a no-show and forfeit of your appointment.
7. IILLNESS: We realize that sometimes a sudden illness (you or a loved one) can prevent you from giving 48 hours cancellation notice. In this instance, we grant a one-time only and you can contact us to reschedule your appointment to another day.
8. GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift Certificates are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
9. REFUNDS: No refunds on gift certificates or packages/series.
10. We do our BEST to make our treatments affordable so you can come back more often. For any packages or monthly specials we offer they are not combinable with other specials. Therefore there are no transfers for packages/series/specials, unless previously arranged.
